Questions, answered.
Practical details before you start.
What files should I send?
A STEP model and PDF drawing are a great starting point. We also accept STL, IGES, 3MF, Fusion, DXF, DWG, and ZIP files up to 100 MB each. Include dimensions, material, finish, and anything that’s critical to how the part works.
Do I need a machine shop or CAM software?
No. You bring the design; we help get the physical part made. You don’t need to provide a machine, tooling list, or programming setup. Your portal keeps the request, files, quote documents, and conversation together.
Can I change my request?
You can update requirements and add files while the request is open. If a quote has already been agreed or production has started, message us first so any effect on price and timing can be confirmed.
